Mr. John L. “Jack” Morgan, age 87 of Norcross, GA passed away Thursday, July 19, 2012.  He was preceded in death by his wife of forty years, Frances Canfield Morgan.  He is survived by his sons and daughter-in-law; John P. Morgan, Norcross, GA and Richard and Joyce Morgan, Snellville, GA; three step grandchildren; and eight step great grandchildren.

Mr. Morgan was born May 24, 1925 in Plainfield, NJ and was a graduate of Louisiana Tech University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree.  He was a retired mechanical engineer.  Funeral service will be Saturday, July 21, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Lake Berkeley Chapel, 4043 South Berkeley Lake Rd., Berkeley Lake, GA 30096 with Reverend Nathan Ridgeway officiating.  Interment will be in Shreveport, LA.  To express condolences, please sign our online guest book at www.flaniganfuneralhome.com.  Arrangements by: Junior E.
