Kent Nicholls, age 46 of Lawrenceville, GA, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 18, 2012.  He was preceded in death by his mother Karen R Nemetz.   Kent was born in Beloit, WI and came to Atlanta in 1986 to start a new life.  He was devoted to his family and friends, he is survived by his young son,  Kaleb A. Nicholls and Justina L. Mckenzie-Nicholls who was his wife of 20 years; Father and Step-Mother Dennis and Beverly Nicholls, Step-brother Scott Walker, Step-sister Lisa (David) Walker-Shaw, In-laws Barbara L. McKenzie, Richard L. & Phaedra McKenzie, nieces Carmen Bowen & Sidney McKenzie, nephew Bradley Shaw along with many extended family members and friends.

Kent will be greatly missed by all who knew him.  A casual visitation will be held Sunday August 26, 2012 from 2:00-4:00 pm in the Parlor at Tom M. Wages Lawrenceville Chapel.  In lieu of flowers, donations for Kaleb’s established educational fund would be appreciated.  Contact family for info.
