Joseph Timothy (Tim) Hayes, 60, of Atlanta, GA died September 15, 2012, after a valiant year- long battle with cancer.  Family and friends are invited for a celebration of his life on Monday, September 17, 2012, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Virginia Hayes; sister, Nancy Rothmeier, and brother-in-law, Donald Swaim.  He is survived by his wife, Sydne Waller of Atlanta; father, Joe W. Hayes of Doraville; sister, Jennifer Swaim of Hoschton; a loving extended group of nieces, nephews, cousins, and wonderful group of friends that are family by choice.
